The senior Israeli military spokesperson announced today, Friday, that Israeli forces are using the four-day truce with Hamas, which was agreed upon to allow for the return of some hostages, to prepare for the next stage of their operation in the Gaza Strip. Daniel Hagari stated in a regular briefing, "During the truce days, the Israeli army will complete its preparations and readiness for the next phases of the war."
