Your Lebanese brothers residing in Kuwait, in Lebanon, and all over the diaspora share in your grief. We have always felt, as Lebanese people, especially in the most difficult and darkest times, the deep love of the late Emir for our country and his constant commitment to the best relations between our two countries and peoples. He was a leader and shepherd who dedicated his life to serving his country, his people, and his nation, and we have known and experienced his nobility and wisdom. Our deepest condolences to His Highness Sheikh Mishal, his honorable family, the government, and the beloved Kuwaiti people."
