Journalist Wael Al-Dahdouh is Grieved Again by the Death of His Mother (Video)

Al-Jazeera correspondent Wael Al-Dahdouh was devastated today, Sunday, by the death of his mother, "Haja Um Mohammad," in Gaza, while he is still receiving treatment in Qatar. Al-Dahdouh had mentioned in his last video that his treatment journey is lengthy, as doctors were surprised by the condition of his injured hand. He has lost his family and several of his companions over time in Gaza, having previously mourned the death of his wife, son, daughter, and grandson. Shortly after, he received the news of his colleague, Samer Abu Daqa's death, and suffered injuries himself. In a subsequent strike, his son Hamza was killed in an attack targeting his car. Today, he received news of his mother's passing in Qatar.
