Kirby: Iran Supplies Russia with Numerous Drones

White House National Security Spokesman John Kirby announced on Thursday that Iran is supplying Russia with large numbers of drones, guided aerial bombs, and artillery munitions. However, he noted that Washington has not yet confirmed the transfer of any ballistic missiles from Iran to Russia. Reuters reported in an exclusive story earlier this week that Iran has provided Russia with a significant number of powerful ground-to-ground ballistic missiles, citing six sources, in a reinforcement of military cooperation between the two countries that are under U.S. sanctions.
