The first investigative judge at the judicial pole for combating terrorism has decided to extend the provisional detention of both former Ennahda leader Habib Louz and the former Public Prosecutor of the Court of First Instance in Tunis, Bashir Akrami, for an additional 4 months. It is noteworthy that the investigative judge had previously issued detention orders for Habib Louz and Bashir Akrami on charges related to suspicions of joining a terrorist organization, forgery, possession and use of forged documents, and concealing evidence in a terrorism case.
