Iraq... Arrest of Fake Cosmetic Surgeon

The National Security Agency in Iraq announced today, Friday, the arrest of a person impersonating a cosmetic surgeon in Karbala Governorate. The agency stated in a statement that its operatives in Karbala received accurate information confirming the existence of an individual claiming to be an expert in cosmetics and carrying the title of doctor. Following this, judicial approvals were obtained, and the suspect was arrested, where he confessed that he was illiterate and did not hold a primary school certificate. He had assumed a medical title after obtaining a fake certificate online. During further interrogation, he confessed to organizing educational workshops on cosmetic procedures within a medical complex on a regular basis. It was added that he has been referred to the relevant legal authorities for necessary actions against him according to the law.
