As Lebanon is affected by a cold low pressure system starting early this morning, the "Traffic Control Room" reported the following road conditions:
**Mountain Roads:**
- The Dahar al-Baidar road is passable for four-wheel drive vehicles or those equipped with chains.
- The Terchish-Zahle road is closed to all vehicles due to snow accumulation.
**Beirut and Suburbs:**
- Heavy traffic is reported on the Hadath intersection near the Lebanese University and the Kafa'at intersection.
- Heavy traffic from Casino Lebanon towards Jounieh and Zouk Mikayel, and from the Nqash area to the Doura.
- Heavy traffic from Khaldeh towards the airport tunnels and from Costa Brava towards Ouzai.
