Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky accused his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on Saturday of trying to "shift the blame" to Ukraine following the deadly attack on a concert hall in Moscow, for which the extremist group ISIS claimed responsibility. In his daily briefing, Zelensky stated, after Russian officials mentioned the possibility of Ukraine's involvement in the attack, "What happened yesterday in Moscow is clear: Putin and other scoundrels are just trying to blame someone else."
