Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba stated today, Tuesday, that "the anticipated military and political changes soon will not affect Kyiv's relations with its Western allies." In a joint press conference in Kyiv with his Portuguese counterpart, Kuleba said: "I do not believe that any changes in government can affect our relations with our partners." He added that "President Volodymyr Zelensky has the constitutional authority to dismiss the army commander if he sees it beneficial." He continued: "Any change will not be a sign of divisions regarding the Ukrainian war effort." He concluded, "We can discuss tactics within the team, but we are all united around our strategic goal of defeating Russia in Ukraine and restoring Ukraine's territorial integrity and sovereignty. There is absolutely no dispute regarding this strategic goal."
