An official from the Indian Fire Department announced that at least 11 people have died and four others have been injured due to a building collapse after a massive fire broke out in a paint factory in the northern part of India's capital, New Delhi. The Delhi Fire Department dispatched around 22 fire trucks to the Alipur area, and Atul Garg, the head of the fire department, stated that the fire was brought under control within four hours. Garg added, "An explosion caused the building to collapse, trapping workers under the rubble. The fire quickly spread to nearby buildings and shops." He also mentioned that the exact cause of the fire is still unknown, while rescue teams and firefighters continue to search for anyone trapped.
