America Warns North Korea Against Nuclear Attacks

A joint statement from the United States and South Korea, released today, Saturday, stated that "Washington has warned North Korea that any nuclear attack launched against it or its allies is unacceptable and will lead to the end of Kim Jong-un's regime." The statement emphasized, "The American side once again affirmed that any nuclear attack by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea against the Republic of Korea will be met with a swift, overwhelming, and decisive response." The nuclear advisory group between the United States and South Korea held its second meeting in Washington yesterday, Friday.
