The US Central Command announced today, Monday, that its forces arrested an ISIS leader after carrying out a helicopter raid in northern Syria on Saturday. The statement said, "Abu Halil Al-Fadhani, the operations and logistics chief for the Islamic State in Syria, was captured during the raid. Estimates suggest that Al-Fadhani has connections throughout the group's network in the region."
