Netanyahu: No One Will Stop Us from Fighting in Gaza, Neither The Hague nor the "Axis of Evil"

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced today, Saturday, that the International Court of Justice will not deter Israel from continuing its war in the Gaza Strip "until achieving complete victory." Netanyahu stated in a televised speech: "No one will stop us, neither The Hague nor the axis of evil, no one." He added, "Israel has not yet made a decision regarding potential control over the border area in Gaza with Egypt." He noted that "Israel has not yet made a decision regarding potential military control over the Philadelphi corridor on the border between the Gaza Strip and Egypt." Netanyahu mentioned, "Closing the border area to isolate Hamas is one of the objectives of the ongoing war in Gaza," indicating that "there are a number of options" including the transfer of forces to Philadelphi. He continued, "We have discussed these (options), and we have not yet made a decision." Netanyahu revealed that "Israel is planning to build massive defensive capabilities and independent military manufacturing capabilities for years to come." This statement follows South Africa filing a lawsuit accusing Israel of committing genocide against the Palestinians.
