Serbian striker Aleksandar Mitrović led his team Al-Hilal to a 3-1 victory over visiting Al-Raed in a match held today, Sunday, as part of the 20th round of the Saudi Pro League. Mitrović scored two consecutive goals for the home side "Al-Zaeem" in the 3rd minute and the 29th minute (from a penalty) of the match that took place at the "Kingdom Arena."
The Serbian forward increased his tally to 19 goals, ranking second in the current season's top scorers chart, reducing the gap to just two goals behind the leader, the Portuguese star and Al-Nassr captain. Meanwhile, Al-Hilal raised its points tally to 56, extending its lead in the Saudi league to seven points ahead of its runner-up Al-Nassr. Conversely, Al-Raed is in 14th place in the league standings with 19 points.
