Intense Israeli Airstrikes Rock Nabatieh in Most Violent Night in a Month

The Israeli military has intensified its attacks in the south, launching a drone strike at 4 a.m. targeting a house in the Al-Maslakh neighborhood of Nabatieh, though no casualties were reported.

Israeli warplanes also struck the town of Arabsalim, with initial reports indicating a room in the large cemetery was targeted, but no injuries have been reported so far.

The Nabatieh area, particularly the Ali Al-Taher, Dabshah, Doha Kafr Remen, and Nabatieh Al-Fawqa axes, experienced an extremely violent night marked by unprecedented intensification of airstrikes and artillery shelling, resembling what seemed like a one-sided continuous battle.

From around 10 p.m. last night until the early morning hours, airstrikes remained relentless, averaging nearly five per hour, accompanied by successive artillery barrages, with explosions echoing throughout the area, causing widespread anxiety and fear among residents.

According to field data, this night is considered the most violent the region has witnessed in over a month, amid continued military escalation along this axis.
