Finnish Defense Minister Antti Häkkänen stated that his country "has not imposed any restrictions on Ukraine's use of the weapons provided, as it has not delivered any long-range weapons capable of reaching Russian territory." In an interview with "Yle Channel," Häkkänen said, "Finland has supplied Ukraine with the necessary defensive means to protect Ukrainian territory. We have not provided Kyiv with long-range weapons, and therefore we do not see the need to impose restrictions on the use of these weapons." Earlier, the Chairman of the Defense Committee in the Finnish Parliament, Jukka Kopra, stated that his country has not imposed any restrictions on Kyiv's use of Finnish weapons to strike Russian territory.
