Hamas leader Osama Hamdan emphasized regarding the battles in Gaza that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu prioritizes his political future over the fate of the prisoners, indicating that the aggressors have lost their balance and are no longer considering the fate of their captives. He stated, "More than 19,000 martyrs have risen, and about 52,000 have been injured due to the brutal aggression, and our people will not stop until achieving victory, as they have paid an immeasurable price with their blood, and it is certain that there is no going back, and our path leads only to victory."
He added, "Our message to the families of the Israeli prisoners is that your crisis lies with Netanyahu, who is obstructing their release." He pointed out that the Israeli army is carrying out field executions in front of families in Gaza, in addition to raiding homes and torturing prisoners.
Hamdan called on UNRWA to provide relief to the displaced, especially in the northern Gaza Strip, which lacks the essentials of life, praising the support from Yemen and Malaysia for the Palestinian people, and urging Arab countries to stand by Gaza. He stated, "There will be no negotiation on the prisoners' issue until there is a complete halt to the Israeli aggression," affirming, "The future of Gaza will be determined solely by the Palestinians. Anyone deluded into thinking that an American or Israeli tank will come will only be recorded in history as a traitor."
