The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported today, Friday, that a drone presumed to have been launched by the "Islamic Resistance in Iraq" flew over the al-Shaddadi base in the Hasakah countryside, intending to target it. US military air defenses intercepted and shot down the drone without it being able to carry out any attack. The Syrian Observatory also noted yesterday, Thursday, that drones launched by the "Islamic Resistance" targeted the al-Omar oil field, where US forces are stationed, which is the largest base in Syria, resulting in injuries.
