The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces - Public Relations Division announced today, Friday, the following statement: "Following our announcement dated 2-1-2024, regarding the identification of members of a fraud gang selling fake gold to their victims after misleading them into believing it was real, and their arrest in the Nabaa and Shweifat areas on January 20 and 21, 2024, they are: M. Z. (born in 1998, Syrian) the mastermind, M. S. (born in 1994, Syrian), A. T. (born in 1996, Syrian), who confessed to conducting fraudulent operations targeting many citizens. Therefore, based on the orders of the competent judiciary, the General Directorate of Internal Security Forces is publishing their photos and requests that those who have fallen victim to their actions to approach the Information Branch of Mount Lebanon located at the Bashaa Bridge, or to contact the number: 513732-01, in preparation for taking the necessary legal actions."
