A day after her appearance before the Supreme Disciplinary Board, the Public Prosecutor of Mount Lebanon, Judge Ghada Aoun, wrote on the platform "X": "Good morning, everyone. Did you hear the latest news? They say that a judge who commits legal violations will be dismissed. Why should we follow the review process then?!". She added: "Knowing that I have not committed any violations, the text is clear that in challenges, the opposing parties must also be notified. Furthermore, I am a public prosecutor working as an investigator like any investigating judge. I am not obliged to follow all the procedures imposed by the courts."
