Mai reassured her audience about her fiancé's health condition by posting a picture of them together, writing: "Thank God for His kindness and for what He has arranged and decreed. A thousand praises and thanks to God; He loves you dearly, my beloved. This has been a difficult experience for me and a great shock, but God's kindness always precedes. Thank God for your safety; may I never see any harm come to you, and may He keep away all evil, envy, and malice from you." She added: "The crisis has passed, my love. We will return better and stronger. May God keep you for me and may you face no misfortune; indeed, God prepares before testing."
