On Sunday night to Monday, the Lebanese "Hezbollah" announced that it targeted two Israeli forces that attempted to infiltrate Lebanese territory, confirming direct hits. Hezbollah issued two statements stating: "In support of our steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in solidarity with their valiant and honorable resistance":

- At 11:45 PM on Sunday (Lebanon time): "During an attempt by an enemy Israeli force to infiltrate into Lebanese territory in the Qatmon Valley area opposite Ramiyeh, the fighters of the Islamic Resistance targeted them with rocket fire, achieving direct hits."

- At 12:15 AM on Sunday to Monday: "During an attempt by an enemy Israeli force from the Golani Brigade to infiltrate into Lebanese territory from the direction of Kherbet Zar'it opposite the Lebanese town of Ramia, the fighters of the Islamic Resistance detonated a large explosive device against the infiltrating force and then targeted them with several artillery shells, achieving direct hits."

In the context of the clashes that have been ongoing along the Lebanon-Israel border, Hezbollah confirmed on Sunday that it targeted Israeli soldiers and positions with rockets and other weapons, asserting direct hits.
