Recommendation from the Information Technology Committee to Ministries and Departments

The Information Technology Committee held a session in the Parliament today, Tuesday, chaired by MP Tony Franjieh with the presence of the members. Following the session, the committee issued the following statement: "The committee listened to a detailed explanation from the company 'Intalya' regarding the 'Dawlety' platform. After this presentation of the platform, a discussion took place among the MPs about how it works, as well as the digital transformation strategy, with several ideas raised on this topic. The MPs agreed to raise a recommendation to all ministries and departments not to enter into any agreements related to digital transformation without consulting the Ministry of Administrative Development, in line with the national digital transformation plan approved by the Council of Ministers. The committee chairman then adjourned the session to a date to be determined later."
