President Sleiman: Lebanon Proud of Its Son Naufal Salam

President Michel Sleiman stated in a declaration today, Wednesday, that "where there is no political interference in judicial affairs, the Lebanese succeed in rising to the highest judicial positions in the world. Can a solution be found to prevent this interference in the Lebanese judiciary regarding appointments, formations, and rulings, as seen in the case of the August 4, 2020 explosion? Lebanon is proud of its son Naufal Salam, and he deserves it." Salam was elected yesterday, Tuesday, as the President of the International Court of Justice.
