Washington Reveals "Written Warning" Before Moscow Attack

The White House rejected Russia's accusations against Ukraine for involvement in the attack on the Crocus City Hall near Moscow, describing it as nonsense, stating that it is clear that ISIS is the sole responsible party. John Kirby, spokesperson for the National Security Council at the White House, disclosed that Washington had sent a written warning to Russian security agencies about an attack from extremists, which is one of many warnings previously provided to Moscow. Kirby added, "It is clear that ISIS is the sole responsible party for the horrific attack in Moscow last week. In fact, the U.S. tried to help prevent this terrorist attack and the Kremlin knows this."
