Mohammad Riad, head of the "Loyalty to Resistance" parliamentary bloc, affirmed that "the enemy is stalling for time and does not want to stop the aggression, taking shelter and strengthening itself with the world's evildoers led by the American administration, which sows misfortunes among peoples and destroys civilizations and nations." Riad's remarks came during the funeral of Hezbollah member Hassan Mahmoud Saleh in the town of Adchit, where he emphasized, "We pledge to follow your path, to continue your journey, to uphold our resistance, to dignify our nation, to stand for our people and our country, and to push away injustice from the weak and oppressed in Gaza and Palestine." He noted, "We face this with our bitterness, our steadfastness, our loyalty, and victory is but a moment of patience, and it is coming, God willing, and no pain, sorrow, separation, or martyrdom will deter us."
