An individual discovered a blood-stained stream in Perry Common Meadows. Since then, the Birmingham City Council has begun investigating this unusual occurrence.

A spokesperson for the council, Jilly Bermingham, shared a photo of the bizarre phenomenon on X, stirring significant concern among local residents. Local councillor David Parker commented, "What the hell is this?"

So far, local authorities and police have not been able to determine the causes of this strange occurrence, according to the British newspaper.
