The French shipping group "CMA CGM" indicated today, Monday, that it will redirect some of its ships to the route around the Cape of Good Hope, following attacks on commercial vessels in the Red Sea region. The Marseille-based group stated in a press release: "All other container ships in the region that were scheduled to pass through the Red Sea have already been instructed to reach safe areas and temporarily suspend their journeys until further notice."
