The social media platform "X" has begun to allow users to make voice and video calls. Many users received a notification about the new feature when opening the app on Android and iOS. The voice and video call feature can be activated by going to the settings, then clicking on "Privacy and Safety," selecting "Direct Messages," and enabling the voice and video calls option when it appears. "X" is gradually rolling out the new feature to users, and Elon Musk - the platform's owner - has stated that this feature is still in a "preliminary version," meaning that it will see many modifications and improvements in the near future. Musk had previously stated that the voice and video calling feature on "X" would be compatible with various operating systems on mobile devices and computers without the need to register a phone number. It is still unknown whether the new feature will be available to all users or if it will be limited only to subscribers of the "X Premium" service – formerly known as Twitter Blue – as previously reported. The platform "X" is currently experiencing many significant and controversial changes under the leadership of American billionaire Elon Musk, but this latest step is expected to be welcomed by all users.
