The Cabinet held a session at the government palace today, chaired by Prime Minister Najib Mikati, with the presence of Deputy Prime Minister Saadeh Al-Shami, and the ministers: Education and Higher Education Abbas Halabi, Youth and Sports George Klass, State Minister for Administrative Development Najla Riachi, Industry George Bouchikian, Finance Youssef Khalil, Communications Johnny Al-Qarm, Interior and Municipalities Bassam Mawlawi, Environment Nasser Yassin, Culture Mohammed Wissam Mortada, Health Firas Abiad, Labor Mustafa Bayram, Public Works and Transport Ali Hammieh, Agriculture Abbas Al-Haj Hassan, Economy and Trade Amin Salam, and Displaced Persons Issam Sharafeddine. The Director General of the Presidency of the Republic Antoine Shuqair and the Secretary General of the Cabinet Judge Mahmoud Makiyeh were also present.
