Arrest of Two Individuals in the Areas of Sabra and Kfarshalan for Various Crimes

A patrol from the Army Intelligence Directorate arrested the Syrian national (A. I.) in the Sabra area – near the Shatila camp, for committing theft and robbery of motorcycles from several areas, as well as firing gunshots in different locations and at various times, illegally entering Lebanese territory, and drug use. A quantity of cannabis and narcotic substances, along with a military-grade pistol, were seized from him. Additionally, another patrol from the directorate arrested the Lebanese national (K. Q.) in the Kfarshalan area – Dinnieh, for his involvement in an altercation in the region on March 17, 2024, which resulted in the death of a citizen. The seized items were handed over, and an investigation has begun with the arrested individuals under the supervision of the competent judiciary.
