Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal stated today, Friday, that "Ukraine has received a tranche of $1.5 billion under a financing program with the World Bank." Shmyhal wrote on X platform: "$984 million comes from Japan and $516 million from the United Kingdom, and the funds will cover expenses related to social and humanitarian needs as well as reconstruction efforts."
