For the Second Time.. Ghada Aoun Before the Disciplinary Council!

The public prosecutor in Mount Lebanon, Judge Ghada Aoun, attended a second brief session before the High Disciplinary Council regarding her appeal against her dismissal from the judiciary. The session was chaired by Judge Suhail Abboud, with the participation of judges Mirai Haddad, Dani Shibli, Habib Mazhar, and Afif Al-Hakim. Her attorney, Pascal Fahd, was also present, and the session was adjourned to April 29 of this year. Following the brief session, Judge Aoun stated that "there is a dispute between her and the head of the council due to the recusal request she submitted in the previous session, which necessitates his removal from the case."
