NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg stated that "it is not too late for Ukraine to win" against Russia, as long as its allies fulfill their commitments and provide it with more weapons. He added in a speech during his visit to Berlin: "In recent months, NATO allies have not provided the support they pledged." He continued: "But it is not too late for Ukraine to win, because more support is on the way."
