Russian President Vladimir Putin announced today, Thursday, that he intends to visit China next May. During a conference of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Russia, Putin stated, "The visit to China is scheduled for May." Putin did not specify a date, but considering the mentioned month, this visit may be his first foreign trip during his new term. Chinese President Xi Jinping visited Moscow in March of last year.
