Lebanese Minister of Education Abbas Halabi categorically denied a newspaper's report regarding a French teacher in Dhour Choueir, confirming that she is "not surplus at her secondary school." He explained that the delay in her transfer to Jal el-Dib is due to the lack of a suitable candidate to teach French in her place in Dhour Choueir, to avoid leaving the students in this distinguished secondary school without a French teacher. He stated that the Directorate of Secondary Education is exploring potential candidates to take over her teaching duties, whether from the existing staff or through a contract, to implement the decision to transfer her to Jal el-Dib. Regarding claims linking the issue to Deputy Speaker Eliass Bou Saab, he clarified that "this matter is completely unfounded and is a figment of the imagination of the writer and publisher."
