The promo revealed some of the stars who fell victim to Ramy's pranks this year, including: Ahmed El Sakka, Baseem Samra, Mohamed Lotfy, Mirhan Hussein, Ahmed Hossam "Mido," Kazbara, Naglaa Badr, Somaya El Khashab, Mohamed Shaheen, Pamila Al-Kik, Abdel Nasser Zidan, Mohamed Riyad, Hamada Helal, Hassan Shakosh and his ex-wife, Hamdy El Merghany, Huda El Mufti, Ahmed Malek, Aiten Amer, Mai Omar, Naglaa Badr, Nasreen Amin, Yousra El Lozy, Intisar, Hamada Helal, and Ahmed Fahmy.
Among the football players are Imam Ashour, Mahmoud Kahraba, Ghada Ibrahim, Amr Youssef, Mohamed Abdel Moneim, and Ali Al-Bulaihi from Al Hilal Saudi Club. The concept of "Ramy Gab Min Al-Akher" involves a prank targeting two celebrities who have some sort of rivalry or competition, and it airs after the Maghrib call to prayer on MBC Masr.
