The European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) reported that a 5.2 magnitude earthquake struck India. According to the center, the earthquake occurred 147 kilometers northwest of the Indian city of Pathankot, which has a population of approximately 174,000, at 16:04 UTC (19:05 Moscow time). The epicenter of the earthquake was at a depth of 21 kilometers. There have been no reports of casualties or material damage.
