Crime in Algeria: Man Kills Wife and Son, Then Commits Suicide

The Council of Justice in Djelfa issued a statement regarding a murder case involving three people shot with a hunting rifle in Hassi Bahbah, Algeria. The statement read: "The Public Prosecutor's Office at the Hassi Bahbah Court informs the public that on April 23, the security services in Hassi Bahbah received a phone call indicating that gunfire had occurred in one of the buildings in the city." According to preliminary investigations, a man shot his ex-wife and their son using a hunting rifle, then shot himself. A forensic examination revealed that the deaths were due to gunshot wounds. The statement noted that the Public Prosecutor's Office ordered the initiation of a preliminary investigation into this tragic incident.
