Jordanian Army Executes Largest Airdrop Operation of Aid Over Gaza

The Jordanian armed forces carried out today, Tuesday, "the largest airdrop operation over the Gaza Strip, with 14 airdrops involving extensive international participation, providing humanitarian aid that included clothing, food items, as well as sweets and children's toys, targeting locations in both northern and southern Gaza coinciding with the arrival of Eid al-Fitr."

It was reported in a statement that "the airdrop occurred in two waves. The first wave, which targeted southern Gaza, included two planes from the Royal Jordanian Air Force, one plane from the United Arab Emirates, one plane from the Arab Republic of Egypt, and one plane from the Republic of Indonesia, marking its first participation."

The statement also mentioned: "The second wave, which targeted northern Gaza, included one plane from the Royal Jordanian Air Force, four planes from the United States, one plane from the Netherlands, one plane from the Federal Republic of Germany, one plane from Britain, and one plane from France."
