Microsoft plans to invest $2.2 billion over the next four years in Malaysia to support the country's digital transformation, the company announced in a statement. The announcement coincides with CEO Satya Nadella's visit to Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, as part of a tour in Southeast Asia to promote the American company's generative artificial intelligence technology. Nadella visited Indonesia and Thailand earlier this week.
