Garrison Brown, a star of the popular TLC television series "Sister Wives," passed away yesterday at the age of 25, alongside his parents Janelle and Kody Brown. His mother, Janelle, confirmed the news on her personal Instagram account on Tuesday, writing: "Kody and I are deeply saddened to announce the loss of our beautiful son Robert Garrison Brown. He was a bright light in the lives of everyone who knew him. His loss will leave a significant impact. We ask for your respect for our privacy and to join us in honoring his memory."

TLC also issued a statement saying: "We were shocked to hear of the tragic loss of Garrison Brown. We offer our heartfelt condolences to the Brown family during this difficult time."

Lieutenant Charles M. Hernandez II from the Flagstaff Police Department confirmed to People that Garrison's 22-year-old brother, Gabriel, discovered the death, and the police responded to his report of the death, which appears to be a clear suicide. Lieutenant Hernandez added: "We were told that Garrison apparently suffered a gunshot wound. The police are investigating this as a clear suicide. At this time, there are no indications of a crime, and investigators from the criminal investigations division are looking into it."

Garrison appeared on "Sister Wives" since it first aired on TLC in 2010 when he was just a child. The series chronicles his father's polygamous lifestyle in Utah, where Kody has several wives, including Janelle, Garrison's mother, who divorced last year.
