Axios reported that U.S. officials stated that "Israel warned Washington of retaliatory steps against the Palestinian Authority if the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants against Israeli officials." The officials told the outlet that President Joe Biden "informed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that reports of a U.S. green light for the ICC are incorrect." Biden also confirmed to Netanyahu Washington's opposition to an ICC investigation against Israel, according to Axios.
