Sami Abu Zuhri, head of the political bureau of Hamas abroad, affirmed today, Thursday, that "the movement is committed to its demand for an end to the Israeli aggression on Gaza, as part of any agreement for the release of the hostages held there." In a press statement, Abu Zuhri said: "The American pressure on Hamas has no value." Leaders from 18 countries issued a joint statement calling for Hamas to immediately release all hostages held in the Gaza Strip.
