The historical drama films "Oppenheimer" and "Killers of the Flower Moon" will compete with "Barbie," "The Holdovers," and other films for the Best Picture award at this year's Oscar ceremony. The list of films nominated for Best Picture, announced today, also includes "Poor Things," "Maestro," and "American Fiction." "Oppenheimer" stands out with a total of 13 nominations, including acting categories featuring stars Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt, and Robert Downey Jr. Meanwhile, "Poor Things," starring Emma Stone as a woman brought back to life, received 11 nominations. The winners will be announced during a live broadcast on ABC, owned by Disney, on March 10. Jimmy Kimmel returns this year to host the ceremony.
