The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced in a statement that Israeli forces have withdrawn from the Nasser Medical Complex in the sector today, Thursday, after a week of incursion. The statement said, "Israeli occupation forces have withdrawn from the Nasser Medical Complex and have positioned themselves around it, besieging it." The World Health Organization states that the hospital, located in Khan Younis, is the second largest hospital in Gaza and is of great importance given the paralysis of health services in the sector. It ceased operations last week after a week-long Israeli siege followed by an incursion.
