New Murder Case: Mohammad Sarour Found Dead in Beit Mery

After 8 days of searching, citizen Mohammad Sarour was found murdered with 6 gunshot wounds in Beit Mery. The Internal Security Forces' Information Branch had been tracking his case since the evening of April 3-4, when he was reported missing. Sarour had gone to a money exchange office in Beit Mery after withdrawing a financial transfer when the kidnapping, robbery, and murder occurred. He had informed his family that he was heading to Beit Mery and would return by iftar time, but Sarour did not return, and they lost contact with him as his phone was turned off. The family promptly notified the Information Branch, which began investigations to uncover the mystery of his disappearance.
