Deputy Speaker of the House Elias Bou Saab welcomed a delegation from the World Bank office in Lebanon at his office in the parliament today. During the meeting, they evaluated the S2R2 project, supported by the World Bank, in the Ministry of Education, which was launched while Bou Saab served as Minister of Education.
Later, Bou Saab met with a delegation from the organization "Kafa." During the meeting, a legislative proposal was presented aimed at amending and adding certain articles to the Labor Law issued on September 23, 1946, and the Law on Entry into, Residence in, and Exit from Lebanon issued on July 10, 1962, with the goal of regulating domestic work.
Bou Saab also received the governor of "Lions Clubs International - Region 351," Said Alam, accompanied by a delegation. He was invited to sponsor and attend the 55th district conference titled "Justice and Peace," which will take place in Beirut on the 17th of this month.
