Israeli Ambassador to the UN: US Decision to Suspend Arms Shipments is Extremely Disappointing

Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations, Gilad Erdan, stated today (Wednesday) that he "does not believe the United States will stop supplying weapons to Israel," but described Washington's decision to halt some arms shipments as "very disappointing" and indeed discouraging. In an interview with Israeli Channel 12 News, he said, "President Joe Biden cannot claim he is our partner in the goal of destroying Hamas (in the Gaza War) while at the same time delaying the means intended to destroy Hamas."
