The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a statement today, Sunday, that "the United Arab Emirates calls for the utmost restraint to avoid serious repercussions and the region sliding into new levels of instability." The ministry also urged for "disputes to be resolved through dialogue and diplomatic channels, and for adherence to the rule of law and respect for the United Nations Charter."
